A £25 deposit is required to secure all bookings which is non refundable. Due to Pule Hill Lodge being a small facility a minimum of 28 days notice is required to cancel a booking or the customer will be charged 100% of the total booked period.

Our opening hours are 07:30 - 18:00

Check in / out

A guest can check in any time on the booked day from 07:30 onwards.

On Collection a guest can be collected up to 12am on the date of return. If collection is after 12:00am then another day will be charged to the guests account.

Collection / Delivery

We can collect and deliver our guests, the rate charged being £10 for the first 5 miles and a further 50p a mile thereafter (This is a round trip charge)
